How to Pick a Perfect MOT Test Centre
A good MOT centre will not make you feel pressured or hurried but will take the time to talk through the work that needs to be done, reasons why the test was failed, and what they need to do to put it right for you. There is also a comprehensive appeals process to protect you, but check in advance as you must follow certain rules to be entitled to appeal. For example, if you have failed the MOT then you must not fix the car before you appeal - it needs to remain in the state it was in at the time. As with all things car industry related, there will be hundreds of people out there more than happy to share their MOT centre horror stories and try and prevent you suffering the same problems as they did. Sadly there are always bad garages out there that care more about the money than they do about the customer and will charge over the odds and convince you that you have hundreds of pounds worth of problems with your car, and hope that because you are not in a position to know any better you...
